• Content depicting minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
• Content must be original or you must have the rights to publish it.
• Clearly label content that may not be suitable for all audiences.

3. No Spam or Manipulation

• Do not use automated tools to create accounts, post content, or interact with other users.
• Do not artificially inflate engagement metrics.
• Do not impersonate other users or public figures.

4. Fair Use of Platform Features

• Do not misuse the tipping, subscription, or messaging features.
• Do not use the platform to conduct unauthorized financial transactions.
• Respect intellectual property — do not re-distribute or leak creators' content.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting tool or email support@famos.fans.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity. We reserve the right to take action at our discretion to maintain platform safety.
