4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction.

5. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.

famos.fans actively monitors for unauthorized distribution of creator content and supports creators in enforcing their rights through DMCA takedown procedures and additional protective measures.
