Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All purchases on famos.fans — including subscriptions, pay-per-view content, tips, and live stream access — are generally non-refundable, as digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase.
2. When Refunds May Be Granted
We may issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same item.
- Technical failure: If a technical error prevented you from accessing purchased content and the issue cannot be resolved.
- Unauthorized transactions: If a charge was made without your authorization (subject to investigation).
- Creator account termination: If a creator's account is terminated and you had an active subscription, a prorated refund may be issued for the unused portion.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@famos.fans within 14 days of the charge. Please include:
- Your account email address
- The transaction date and amount
- A description of the issue
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation.
6. Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
