1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using famos.fans (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Creator Accounts

Creators may monetize content through subscriptions, pay-per-view, tips, and live streams. The Platform retains a commission (currently 10%) on all creator earnings. Payouts are processed according to the payout schedule described in our Payout Policy.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or distribute content that:

• Depicts minors in any context
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading content, you grant famos.fans a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content through the Platform.

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. All amounts are in the currency specified at the time of purchase.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, famos.fans shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
